Oh gosh.
I gain-ed weight.
In excess of 55kg.
Any idea how to lose
5kg of fats without going to
slimming center ?

Here's my plan ;
- two meals per day
- No titbits allow
- less quantity of everythingy munchy

went to creative warehouse sale today.
Bought back my old mp3.
As it's the only mp3 that uses
rechargable battery via usb.
