A fine day today.
Watched V For Vendetta.
Violent show.
But interesting story line.

Got myself an organiser, it's so cute please.
Like it alot.
My life gonna be scheduled.
Haha.

Went for a haircut.
And I feel fresh now with my new hairstyle.
Though it makes not much different, but my fringe is shorter now.
No longer irritates my eyes.

Had din din with Colin, Dominic, Elina, Jian & Victor at one of Potong Pasir's coffee shop.
The food there is nice & filled our tummy.

The day ended with a game of street soccer.
It's so fun with them around.
Soccer isn't that bad afterall.

Another good news to share.
I manage to appeal into Temasek Poly's
Electronics Telecommunications Computer Engineering, Microelectronics.
That goes the same for Karlington & Xinyi.
Hope we'll be able to get into the same class.

dad's advise

I'll take my dad's advise and accept the course given to me.
I don't have to work for what I'm studying.
I still can persue my interest after getting a diploma in polytechnic.
By then I'll be able to save up
and perhaps go aboard to persue my degree.

I have plans for my future.
I'll mug hard/work hard to meet it one day.
Though what we plan ain't always being approve.

Had another laps of breathing difficulty.
And this time round the doctor gave me calm medicine.
I'm just not good at handling stress.

Appeal approved

My appeal to Nanyang Polytechnic's
Diploma in Electronics, Computer & Communication Engineering was being approved.
But it dregs me when I read through the modules that awaits me.
And the work I gonna receive.

This is our outing to Boat Quey.
Dinning at TCC.

It's taken with a N70 phone.
It's not because the quality is bad.
It's because the photographer didn't know how to use the phone.

Though Elina & I didn't manage to get tan,
but it's a fruitful catching up session.
It seems like we only get to meet up once in a blue moon.

Our next meet up shall be to Geylang for a beancurd & tou fu.
As for Ming & Sharon, it will probably be house warming next week over at Sharon's place.
Not forgetting our outing to fly kite with a feast of Singapore's delights.
Ba chor, laksa, satay, chicken rice, carrot cakes, fried kuey teow & etc.

Joan's Chalet

I'm being tied up with work for this week.
My schedule is equivalent to a full timer's.
And my only off day was yesterday which I fully made used of.

Began the day by helping out in shopping for BBQ stuff at a neighbourhood supermarket.
Followed by meet up with Karlington to purchase Joan's present, which is a white local breed hamster.

While waiting for YanHua to knock off from work, we stroll all the way from Parkway Parade to East Coast Food Village to grab our dinner and stroll back.
That sounds ridiculous.
But it's nice walking under the moonlight with the sea breeze blowing at you.

Stayed over at the chalet till the next moring.
Got home and had 2 hours of rest before heading to work.
Till now, I'm still wide awake.

Gonna tuck myself into bed after blogging as tomorrow's gonna be a happening day.
I'm gonna make full use of my every spare time.

An enjoyable yesterday!
Started the day by having breakfast over at Crawford Lane.
Followed by a movie entitled, Date Movie.
A hilarious movie to describe.
It makes you laugh your way through.

Marina Square was our next stop.
Did some window shopping before heading to Makansutra, located beside the Esplanade, for our dinner.
It's a great feast as 5 of us ordered 8 dishes.
It just filled our tummy with local foods.
And lastly, we paid Merlion a visit before we call it a day.

That's how my weekend/off day was spend.
Simple yet funfilled.

Oh ya,
I'm officially tann-ED!
With constant sun tanning at Sentosa.
I just gonna make that a monthly routine if possible.

Hate MOE !

I HATE MOE !
And I'm sure you all agrees with me.

I know they got their own way of handling things.
But why can't they be more undertsanding
and think of those minority being unsuccessful in applying for a seat in poly.
Can't they just expand the number of intake in each course.
I don't see any harm doing so.

It seems like my last year was a waste.
Appealing courses none of my interest.
Just to fight through a seat in poly.

I hate going through all these.
It's so tiring.
And I seems like a disappointment.
